Hot Butter

This is a compound butter.

1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
10 shakes (or more) of Blair's Jersey Death
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

In a bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Take a sheet of plastic wrap and lay flat. Place the butter in the middle. Roll up into a log shape. Refrigerate.

Now you have some hot, flavorful butter, perfect for fish, bread, and vegetables.
