Red Hot Pepprs by Jean Andrews

I picked up a copy of RED HOT PEPPERS by Jean Andrews at the used book store. It was in the cook book section and had a couple good recipes I saw. What I didn't realize is that it has 110 pages of the best pepper information and history I have seen in print. I have never seen this book listed on any of the chilihead sites I visit and I have no idea how it could have been missed. I am reading and re-reading it constantly.
