Something to "Relish"

This is a little something that I like to make, and keep around, because you can add it to ANYTHING!

Pepper Relish

12 Mixed Mild and Sweet Peppers
12 Mixed Hot Peppers
12 Medium Red Onions
2 c. sugar
1 pt. vinegar
2 tsp. salt

Grind your peppers and onions.

Set a colander inside a pan, put your pepper mixture in it and
leave them set over night. Let the juice leach out.
add remaining ingredients.
Cook until soft over low heat.
