    I spent 30+ Years in the Ladies Clothing business as a VP and developed 350 Stores on the East Coast. But my love was always Gardening and Hot Peppers. Now I do that full time. I also manage my Resort Rental properties, Anthony-Joseph, Inc. with rental Cabins in the Smoky Mountains and Condos on the Gulf Coast of Florida.     Stuffed Chile Peppers, Ground Veal Steak with Mushrooms and Onions,

    Grey Goose Martini...straight up and dirty.

  • Share a Recipe
    8 skinless chicken thighs
    2 brown congo peppers (chopped and seeded)
    2 oz. soy sauce
    2 oz. amber rum
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1/2 tsp French thyme (can sub. w/ parsley)
    Put all ingredients in large plastic bag, marinate 2-5 hrs.
    preheat grill to med high, grill 25-30 min, turning once halfway through. serve with spinach or collards.

    I'm testing several New Varieties that we brought back from Hawaii last week. Next stop: Domican Republic, St. Thomas and Tortuga in search of New and Exotic Chiles.
    Just lined up a Safari to South Africa for 2013....and do some Chile Pepper hunting as well.
    Also Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Morich and 7 Pod.
