About Me

Hello.

I am originally from Prunedale, CA but have been in AZ for about 6 years. I am a police dispatcher and proud father of a 2 year old boy. I love Giants baseball, Sharks hockey, and I'm starting to get into rugby.

I fiddle with the ukulele sometimes and have been trying to learn a little of the Hawaiian language.

My favorite sauces are Dan's Prime Widow Maker, Big Black Dick, Grace's Scoth Bonnet, and Matouk's.

I love to cook my own hot sauce but don't have the money or time to do it legally and professionally. i'd love to trade some homemade sauces with folks here though. Just let me know.

I also have started a blog at www.hotsaucehoncho.com. It has video reviews and written reviews and I hope to build that into one of the best sites on the topic. We can't all compete with Scott Roberts awesome site but we can at least get close. Ha ha.
