  pork meatballs with chocolate habaneros. ;;;;;;;;1lb ground pork,,1 clove garlic(minced).1/2 onion (finely chopped),,1/4 cup diced celery,,1/2 tsb salt,,1/4 tsb black pepper,,1/2 cup dried bread crumbs,, 1/2 tsp sage,, 1 egg,,6 chocolate habaneros(finely diced),,1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese............ preheat oven to 350,,mix all ingredients except cheese,, divide meat into 8 balls,,put cheese into each meatball seal hole,,place meatballs on cookie sheet bake for 30 minutes,, increase temperature to 450 cook for 12 minutes, then you eat them,,,,enjoy
