    1 cup ripe red chili petines, 2 pods fresh garlic, a "bunch" of salt(approx 2-3 tbs) a few of any other ripe peppers for variety, vinegar. Put in a blender, add vinegar to get desired volume. Bottle it with a bit of olive or avocado oil on top. 0nce bottled ready to go. Hint...also make a hell of a soy sauce additive
