Hey Gary, I just ate the Christmas Baby pod.
Tastes about as hot as a fresh Cayenne pepper. a lil hint of sweetness to it also.
But it was kinda seedy, I think these will be good pickled!

That's really neat how the pods are suspended from the stem, just like pendant light's glass globes...

...with enough juice to still light ya up...good!

Galapagoense pods

Now about those galapagoense berries....i see two in the pic...

Are these plant's good berry producers for you...in other words, do you see a jar full of pickled galaps in your near future? ;)

Heard that Guard Kitty patrols your pepper patch, hunting for squirrels and birds, and has been known to send the big flock off...before they could get started samplin' peppas... :welcome: :hell:

That Galapa only has about 6 pods right now, but I am hoping that thing loads up soon!
And I agree that PI 441637 looks really neat! That seems like the first thing I check on each trip to the garden!!

following along with great enjoyment....
cant wait to clear the lot behind my yard, dig a pond, and set up
a serious pepper garden like that !!!

That's cool Kevin. When I first looked at the pictures of your PI 441637, I would have guessed they were Pubescens. Very interesting looking for Chinense dude. Keep up the good work!

Nice! Got any fruit on the Coral Reef yet? That's got to be one of the wicked coolest-looking plants I've seen...

I've got fruit on my Tree Hab, but it's pendant instead of erect, as I've seen on others. It actually looks a lot like the one you've got labeled Scarlet Lantern. The fruit is quite hot and tasty, too.

So envious. You have them organized and spaced very well and you have a lot of space, it looks amazing.
Thank you Phil! I try to keep room to walk between rows,But I am having to turn sideways already!
