It's time for the annual sausage making again!
This is most of the ingredients. (I ended up making way more than this though)
Here's the first of it being stuffed
First batch in the smoker. This is spicy Polish sausage with Douglah and Scoth Bonnet
Fresh out of the smoker
The second batch is smoking now. It's the same as the first, but with pepper jack cheese.
The third batch is the same as the second, but with Barrackpore, Red 7, Butch T, Bhut Jolokia, and Chocolate Bhut added.
I'm making about 50 pounds total, so it should last me about a week...
