I first started by following a recipe I found online. It worked okay, but I wanted to try my own flavours so I based my own sauce semi off of that recipe now I just wing everything. ;)

I cooked chicken over a open fire and just doused the birds in a garlic habenero sauce with a habenero lime spice mix. It was surprisingly good considering I wasn't trying very hard. :)

I tried to make a blueberry based sauce a few months ago using Ghost peppers, lime juice, ginger, etc... But I messed up using frozen blueberry and I added water to the mix while it was still semi frozen and turned into a watery mess. Flavour was ok though. Next time fresh all the way!
