Anyone been getting an error message?

It certainly hasn't happened today, I'll keep you posted.

I absolutely agree. I find it somewhat strange that it's not more common.

Anyone been getting an error message?

I've encountered this problem a few times during the last week or so, always when I wanted to post a reply.

seed-plant-vendors Jimmy Pickles and the bad seeds 🥒

Taking no responsibility for his work and then blaming others for his own mistakes, hocus-pocusing some bogus crap to sow confusion and doubt in others, and casting himself as the real victim. He should become a politician. I hope the mystery annuum will produce a decent yield of tasty peppers...

seed-plant-vendors Jimmy Pickles and the bad seeds 🥒

I place JP among the "bad seeds". I have never purchased seeds from him directly, mainly because he is quite the ασσhole. Years ago, he kicked me from a FB group because I asked "the wrong question". Pepper Guru can tell you a few stories about him as well.

Wilting tomato plant, spots on squash

Damp? I doubt it. Sunlight focussed by water drops can cause sunburn, however.

You can find reliable information about seed vendors on this board. Try the search engine if you look for something/one in particular, or have a look at the threads tagged with "seed-plant-vendors" for a general overview.

Wilting tomato plant, spots on squash

I currently have the same issue with a Passiflora. I applied a foliar spray of NPK nutrients in the morning, thinking it would be cloudy all day, but it was sunny instead and a few days later most of its leafs looked like your squash leafs.

I used to grow squash on a compost heap. Gluttonous weeds... but very productive.

I had a wrong idea of using coco coir as an amendment, apparently it is not as bad an idea as I thought. At least not according to Dr Gogles.

Coco coir is also highly water-retaining, which could be a problem in combination with a clay-based soil, in itself already highly water-retaining. I'm not familiar enough with US climate types, but I always thought the Oregon-Washington coast was temperate and moist, so I'd triple double-check...

What type of soil does your plot have? It looks rather sandy.

It was our solution when we lived in 🇪🇺. We gave them a quick clean and stored them in freezer bags, per kg. They become mushy once you take them out of the freezer though, so they're only good for salsa.

They can be stored in the freezer for use in the winter.
