I'm thinking of taking a can of cherry pie filling,throwing that into a pot and add 2 hab's and maybe a oz and a half of pictin bring to a boil and then simmer for a few.Pack in sterlized jars and give it a hot bath.Might not be good for long term storage but for a week or two.Wadda ya think...

Would love to sometime. The only pepper that I have not eaten whole is the Hab. I' a little ya know afraid:( But I do like to slice 'em up and put them on my pizza's and dogs(hot dogs that is) although my dog does like jalapenos and my parrot eats dried red chili peppers.

Hi all All I can say is that I love my Haps and that I grow my own peppers and make my own sauce.Sad part about making my own sauce is that I never make enough and then I have to rely on my old favorite standbys...Malinda's XXXXreserve and any one of Blairs sauce's.

Hi all,new to the group. When I make hot wings at home,I do like to use Franks chile and lime for the flavor bu I add about a half to 3 quarters of a tbl spoon of Blairs Mega Death Sauce to the bottle.mmmmm tasty and HOT!
