I signed up the be an exhibitor at Zest Fest this year. Since this will be my first time there I thought I would ask you guys what this show is like? What can I expect? How is it compared to the Fiery Foods and BBQ show in New Mexico?

I check with their states corp commision and also the BBB to see if they had any complaints against them. Anything else I should be checking?

Is it normal to pay a distributor a retainer fee? I am new to this and I have an international distributor asking for one. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

I had such a good time there this year! I sold out of everything I brought with me! I also was impressed by the number of buyers that were there.
