Well , I did eat some ripe serranos yesterday and some green ones.... ripe has a nice flavor... nice and sweet, but also hot. I was *this* close to cutting down that plant, but decided against it.. nice and tall, big producer.

Sorry for the weird title... just i had a thought as I have been growing peppers... which peppers do you wait for them to ripen and change colors, vs not? Like, i know bell peppers are used and eaten usually before they change colors, habaneros are better when they do change colors, as I am...

From what I can read, it seems it is nowhere near as hot either... doh... Pics of the garden and 2 pics of the other plant.

I will grab some later on today... though that one I am almost sure is a habanero Then again now, I am having trouble remembering if the other plant was even from the same seed, or if i planted it seperately lol....

hmm... ok, so it might still be worth while to keep the plant.. maybe make crushed red pepper or hot chili powder from it, etc.... pickle...

i know that I am not a well known person on these forums, however I have been reading them, but hadn't posted much yet, and only recently registered. Anyhow, I am looking to get ahold of some butchT scorpion seeds, and some douglah seeds. Thanks in advance.

This sounds like a strain I will want to get my hands on too. If anyone has some, let me know the details of what it would take for me to get some from you as well, thanks.
