I've been making fresh mozzarella and other cheeses for years. Quality is directly related to quality of milk used. If you can't get raw/ unpasteurized milk I personally wouldn't bother. Luckily for me here in Maine we can buy it at most grocery stores and directly from the farm.
Pretty dead in here. Just thought I would post this for the old times when this place was awesome. I was pretty surprised to see cases of Other Half at my local market today.

So I tried Primo's hotter then the devils pecker yesterday. Shipping was fast, flavor was good. Heat level imo was 6/10, not extreme by any means but I enjoyed it. Cheers
