Personally I would be cracking that Mexican hot chocolate imperial stout or the sour.
 
Hailing from the Palmetto state I give my offering this eve. Edmund's Oast from Charleston, SC. We have a myriad of local breweries here, but from these guys I haven't had a dud yet. They've got it figured out pretty well. All I've had so far I give "two thumbs up" and a few other beers a couple toes as well. "Pillow Fort" a true triple dry hop IPA. Very smooth, tasty and slippery. Bottoms up!  :cheers:
