I use the wire mesh strainer for my hot sauce, it works great for me. The one I have fits right over the pot I boil in. It gets all the "chunks" and seeds out perfectly.
They sell fres Bhuts at a nearby store. I have bought them and they are about $9.00 for a pack of ten peppers. They also sell dried ones as well which are about $5.00 for .25 ounces.
I have some Hungarian hot peppers growing on my plants. Just a quick question what are the final color are these peppers going to be when they are ready for pickin. Sorry if it is a dumb question I am new to the pepper growing world.

No I have name been to Jungle Jims. There is also a place around here called Trader Joes. I generally buy hot sauce when I am on vacation or go to places were they have hot sauce that you generally can not find everywhere.
