I have some Hungarian hot peppers growing on my plants. Just a quick question what are the final color are these peppers going to be when they are ready for pickin. Sorry if it is a dumb question I am new to the pepper growing world.

There are so many kinds of Hungarian hot peppers, but I would guess that if name isn't more specific than what you wrote, then chances are good you are dealing with some strain of wax pepper, i.e. for instance "Hungarian Hot Wax". If so it goes like this: cream/pale yellow > yellow > orange > red.
Many people prefer to harvest this pepper when yellow with a slight orange hue to it, but letting them ripen to red makes them sweeter and hotter. Try for yourself and find out what works the best for you...
