    I would also suggest lucky dog black label. Really good hit of that “floral” taste from the scorpion peppers but the pepper doesn’t blast the pallet out and is incredibly tasty with a nice hit of garlic. Defiantly a favorite sauce of mine you can’t go wrong with.

    I can’t justify the cost of hot ones sauces here in Canada... insanely expensive to get here. Before Covid though I’d buy lucky dog sauces by the case lol. Ship to Maine and have in laws pick up.. dammed Covid.

    Got lots of seeds but need to get the lighting situation down.. seems you need maybe CFL's for starting the plants than put them under the 250W..

    Only the bigger is an over winter, the others were bushy green babies but when the natural sun left so did their leaves :( Im not sure about my lighting... I am concerned its not enough or is too close.

    I watered them but when I pulled them out although the top part seems moist the lower is really dry.. not sure if thats my issue or the heat from light. I plan to put them outside in natural light in April or May..

    Thanks guyz... I love to cook and I aim to amp the flavor multipliers. The Smoking Gun was a birthday present last year from my gf and I love imparting that smoky flavor in pretty much everything. Iv been requested to tackle buttered chicken at some point
