Sometimes the best things are unplanned. Like this throwdown. I had an elaborate southern style meal planned and at the last minute my son said "Dad I want pizza" So... my first deep dish is born. It is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I know it won't win the throwdown, but I won't forget it!
