Just set my smoker on fire. I used my chimney starter like always, dumped that in and added more, then wood chips on top, put the pork butt in and retreated to the house. Half hour later my son says Dad I think it is on fire, sure enough the catch bowl had a grease fire. Needless to say, the pork but it a bit charred, but I think I caught it soon enough that it can be salvaged. Good thing I didn't have the wings on yet.
