While they aren't what I consider hot at all, I like to use jalapeno's for poppers just because of the size and shape. Perfect for getting a good amount of stuffing into them. Next, I like habs but they are a bit smaller and thinner skinned. One trick I use is to stuff whatever popper and freeze them for an hour or so before cooking so the cheese stuffing doesn't ooze out. hey matey, doing ok - its getting harder the bigger i get but not long to go now i've even got some douglahs on the plant that are turning ripe! dont want to try them yet though as i dont need to encourage an early labour . hows things going with you?
