Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 1 1/2 lb. of chicken breast
- 1 jar of Aunt Marie's Chunky Blue Cheese
- 1 jar of salsa
- Louisiana Hot Sauce
- peppers or chili powder of your choosing

I apologize for not having specific measurements or cook times, but most of this I do by eye.
Boil the chicken until cooked through, remove from water and shred with two forks. In a baking dish combine shredded chicken, jar of blue cheese, jar of salsa, and hot sauce to taste (warning don't go overboard with the hot sauce because too muck makes it greasy. You will get the heat from the fresh peppers or powder you add.). Add fresh peppers or chili powder as you like. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from oven, mix well, and serve with tortillas.
