Decided to try something I hadn't done before, and make some of my own mozzarella. Tricky process, and had to buy a few chemicals I didn't have on hand. End result was not really that great.  A while back. And I know because they were an independent fruit market that also had a meat monger. And they were one of the only consistent places I could find to get short ribs locally. There are probably others, but finding them at the right time when I'm at the store is more difficult...- keybrdkid
