hey there, I was wondering if you aussies could gather a little package of sauces for me. I am really interested in the THSC sauces and bent's little black dog sauce. the scorpion chili sauces sound great too! especially that Lust sauce that he just did. not sure if it's for sale though? :)...

I use these: http://www.wusthof.com/en/le_cordon_bleu.asp can't live without them! never tried any other "high quality" knives except global (which are pretty decent but I must say I like the wüsthofs a lot more!)

those steaks made me drool for real... if it was just a bit more red and some dark beer, it would've look so amazing. thumbs up!
