Mine won't eat the peppers alone. They'll sniff em and back away. But any food, no matter how hot it is, is eaten without a second thought. Fun to watch them lick their lips over and over as the heat takes hold, lol.

Have some people wanting to buy peppers off me.. What's the average market price of fresh superhot pods by the pound or individual? (usd)

Maybe I just missed it but.... tooth brush? Even with a pre-rinse it'll be brutal. Pepper torture is fun.. But the 'personal massager' one.... That's just downright cruel, lol.

The garden is where most of the doggy damage has been done. I've had a hard time keeping the little one out of there. But the plants are troopers and are still going fairly well. These sweet cayennes are getting massive. And are delicious. But the mystery of the garden is this guy labelled...

Been a while since I last updated but things have gone wonderfully despite my dog diggin up and crushing numerous plants. Nearly every plant has started podding up save a few. But it won't be too much longer til they start as well. Bhut Jolokia, Purple Jolokia, Indian Carbon, Carr. Red, Bhut...

They do look like the browning when pods set. Does the whole bud fall or just the flower?

Do like Millworkman says. Don't give up on it! When you pull it up check for root rot that'd be caused by too much water. Get the nasties off and repot it into something smaller. It'll take some work but it'll be a plant you can be proud of when it comes back to life.

I've had great luck with the pellets. However, the peat pots didn't go so well for me. Those caused many many issues. But again, the starter pellets have been wonderful the past few years.

Got 78 cents I could borrow? Butr really, the right 3 are waaaay small, lol. Environmental conditions are probably the culprit. Just wait on the next batch and enjoy your miniatures in the meantime.

I was curious as to how those plants were doing. Nice to see them producing. I'm still waiting on mine to fully ripen as well so I can try one or two.

A week later and a good bit of rain that's prevented my epsom salt and calcium spray, but my plants haven't seemed to mind a whole lot. The deck: Moved them into rows so I can spread them out a little more. Only problem is that my dogs like to take the tour as well. The back right doesn't do...

Also, if you repot, be sure that it has drainage. It'll also make it easier for oxygen to feed the roots. Hopefully that'll clear your issues up.
