heres the recipe below..
Ingredients:
250 grams fresh chillies
8 cloves of garlic
2 medium brown onions
2 teaspoons of salt
2 cups of raw sugar
2 cups of white vinegar
1/2 cup of chopped coriander, leaves and stems - i didnt measure this, but just used two bunches of coriander from woolies
2 cm cube of ginger
Method:
Blend the ingredients except the sugar and salt, adding a little vinegar if necessary.
Place in saucepan.
Add the vinegar, sugar and salt, bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 min to an hour depending on the thickness you want.. if its not thick enough, put it back on the stove for a bit longer... i ended up doing that and it turned into jam
