Morning Star bacon, egg and cheese Beyond burger for brunch today.

Yeah pretty much. I cooked the sausage, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers with the rice. Like you would a jambalaya. Then topped like a burrito bowl with sliced sausage instead of ground.

Not sure what to call this. Jambalaya, but Mexican inspired. Spanish style rice with field roast "chipotle" sausage. Topped with fresh tomatoes, cheese, avocado, sour cream and hot sauce. Whatever it is. I'm addicted. Ate three bowls 😂

Not a commercial sauce but it was a gift from a friend I visited in St Louis. Great simple scotch bonnet sauce. And it's delicious.

14 years since I've been to a white castle. Glad to see they got options for non meat eaters. I know they are not gourmet by any stretch but I sure do love these tiny sliders.
