Fire and Flavor has been fun

I’m temporarily living at a relative’s house. This south facing garden is right next to a highly trafficked sidewalk. So many people checking the plants out that I had to put a sign! If you’re in Sac, swing by!

I got the 4 pack of @ouroboros fermented hot sauce today. I tasted them at lunch today. So good! Great packaging, label, vibrant colors, and delicious sauces! @OuroborosKat

The transplant resulted in only one plant dying. Definitely some more growth. Now I’ll increase the light and get ready to add dilute nutrients.

It absorbed atmospheric moisture. Melt it in hot water. It should not take more than a gallon of near boiling water. You can try to pulverize it, but that would be a lot of work and a big mess.

These batches all have the same peppers - habanero, serrano, manzana, pasilla, and Anaheim. All fermenting in 3.5% sea salt brine. Batch 1: Just peppers Batch 2: Peppers + a hint of garlic & shallot Batch 3: Peppers + a touch of blackberry

My sad attempt at getting these to get growing. Almost two months in and they have stalled. No mold, no rot, but no size. I did not have any lights or heat mats to start. Any suggestions?

I like Odoo. It’s way more than a web shop, but it does that too. It’s a little more complicated than Squarespace and Shopify I use it for work too (not just peppers).
