No. In the middle of the summer the sun comes up way earlier than that.
Around 7 am. By 7:30 am its pretty much daylight out.
No. The sun doesnt come up until about 15 minutes after i get to work.

It uses it's tail feathers for attracting a mate also, dear.
They also do that when they feel threatened, as it makes them bigger and more intimidating to other animals. They're very aggressive and obnoxiously noisy birds too.
