off-topic Using chilli peppers to stop mice

Btw I don't think the chilli solution works. There's definitely more of them now than before. Now sure whether it's the chillis or the fact that they are breeding or have brought their mates along to the party. I think I could do with a cat. On a serious note, I purchased a job lot of traps so...

off-topic Using chilli peppers to stop mice

I've been having a mouse problem recently. Don't know how many, but there seems to be a small family living around my kitchen. I presume they live in the walls somewhere and sneak out behind the kitchen units at night. I would rather scare them away than kill them and came across this article...

grocery How does one feed their family today .....

Figure out when the prices get discounted (usually in the evenings). Then rock up and help yourself. Quite often the store staff will tell you. The only downside is that you are getting the store to decide what to eat, not 100% in your court.

It's actually a lot more versatile than you may think and can be used in a lot of "western" cooking too. I use it in burgers or pretty much wherever the typical...

Definitely not a post for me :( I'm a sworn night owl and no matter how much I try, I can't change this. It's in my DNA. Apparently humans have evolved this way.

recipe-help What can I do with Kristian Peppers?

You can sauté them in olive oil with garlic for a simple side dish, stuff them with a mixture of meats or grains and bake, or slice and add them to salads, sandwiches, and pizzas for a mild, sweet crunch. Their thin walls and sweet flavour also make them ideal for roasting.
