    I mean, before when I made curry it was open a can of coconut milk, spoon in some curry paste and add some chicken and veggies. This was so eye-opening to the difference. I should have known. It is just like making your own marinades or chile powder. They are always better than the jarred ones.

    In my younger days, I used to eat pizza rolls almost by the bag after 'indulging'. One night I went upstairs to make some, and found them in the pantry... and the Tony Chachere's was in the freezer... lol. Luckily my parents didn't notice that one. :)
