So I give a kid at work some pineapple hot sauce a couple weeks back. He has been raving about it almost everyday since. Today he comes to me and says if I made a batch of Mango he'd buy it. LOL. . Guess my next ferment will be mango.

I need a 12 step program for people addicted to deals. We have two turkeys in our freezer all ready but couldn't pass up a six dollar 14lb bird. I don't even really like turkey..
