I don't actually sleep. I medicate myself 'til I pass out and then come back to consciousness when I feel the pain again... lol! but hey, it works.
You know what? my day is warm and bright, thank you! it's a little too warm (it's summer here), but still pretty nice. hope you enjoy yours.

Good morning! Shabbat is the Hebrew word for Saturday - the seventh day (Sunday being the first). Shalom is a very complicated word, means "Hi", "Bye", "Peace" and many other things. you're basically wishing me a good Saturday or a good weekend. was so off had to check what day it was before answering to you.

Thanks for letting me know they arrived. Glad you liked the powder. I'm working on some things to do with it but really love the flavours of the yellow chillies. try it sprinkled on pizza. I even put some in banana muffins the other day!

I just mix a bunch of stuff together so I have no recipes for the rubs, but the sauce is on a thread here. Something about a sweet sauce. I'll try to find it. The shine is just flavored with peaches, not fermented.
