    Indeed herb gardens are great. Last year I planted rosemary, thyme, oregano, chives, garlic and basil. I will be adding tarragon and sage this year.

    Stevia, Mark? Ick. I've never been into artificial sweeteners, even stevia tastes gross to me. If I'm going to use a sweetener, sugar sugar all the way!
    I grew basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and french tarragon this year. Yummy. Was surprised that the deer left them alone and am taking that as a clue about how to arrange the pots next year.

    The Cuisinart burr grinder I ordered just arrived. It's big. It's double the size of my old grinder. Got a ton of pods just waiting to meet it!

    I thought about getting a left handed Rem 700 but I never have gotten around to it. Let us know if a dedicated left hand model improves your scores.

    Likely for a while it will make them worse. But I tend to think that people are only really right- or left-handed because they just don't use both equally. If that holds true, I should start having parallel scores after a while. It will be interesting to see how long it takes!

    Roughly 10am yesterday: Fire drill; 34 floors worth of stairs. 5:30pm yesterday: Coach decides I need a 50/50 workout - half sprint kicking, half "just" sprinting. Ever since 5am today: Ow.

    First time ever at an indoor archery range today. Makes me wonder if it isn't better to lose the sight entirely. Pros and cons to both approaches, I guess, but I can see that becoming sight-dependent can be a problem. :Pondering:

    I too have had this happen a few times- others literally got 'stalled' for about 5-6 days then just 'showed up' (but tracking said was still in route!)

    Much better than the ones that you track to a city nearby a day away from delivery and then the next morning find it all the way back on the west coast, as they put it on the wrong route and it takes 4 extra days to get back

    Only 1 LCM left for me in the year. At least I should be able to fit in one or two SCM's before heading into SCY time. At least the grow should be done by then!

    I was working in my office, two rooms away, when I was overcome by a horrible stench coming from the kitchen. I told my son he'd get an immediate eviction notice if he ever made that stuff on a day I'm working from home again. I really have no idea how y'all can stand that wretched stuff. Yeah, you know what I'm talking about!
