All planted out finally!
Back from near death....I may be able to cook today - fingers crossed!
14 lbs of pork butt, 20 lbs of ribs and 16 lbs of chicken wings, tomorrow is going to be a fun day with the smoker and fryer! Glad there is a good chance of thunderstorms!
