    One thing you can do is find a summary of the department itself and utilize it when explaining what you want to do as a graduate student. I see it as a way to letting the school know that you've read and understand the department's goals.

    When i de-seed i normaly just take few seeds and label them rest i just put down in a bag and mix ;)

Plants are fully loaded. Ripening takes to long though. Screaming at them doesn't do anything. Does feel good.
