    I think the next batch I will lower the amount of carrots. Color of the sauce is cool tho. What would you thin it down with?

    Thanks, that helps. What I believe is that it has carrots. Lots of recipes are the same so not exactly sure what makes it Belize.

    Hi, I am new to the forum and really need advise. I made a Belizan Hot Sauce. Followed the directions but it is kinda thick and I left the pulp in after the food processor pulverized it. Is it supposed to be kinda thick and with the pulp or be like a runny Tabasco sauce. Thanks for your help!!
