package is away 2-3 day priority mail without tracking number. I got to the post office after buisness hours and the lady at the counter was NOT very nice and in a hurry.guess i cant blame her. but if i understood her correctly I think it has to go overnight and be insured for a tracking number...

hahaha yep we did it with a big stuffed elmo when i worked for the city of warren here in michigan. it lasted about two years and then some council member got a wild hair up his @$@ and we had to take it off.
