One of my 7 pot plants made brownish pods

I'm gonna delete that one since this one is more on the topic I wanted. My machine rebooted itself before I could do that.

Made a sweet (but very hot) hot sauce/relish yesterday

Thanks dude. Weddings are expensive. We're paying it off slowly in advance. Next June. Hopefully we won't have to postpone. We do live together though. She likes spicy stuff but can't tolerate this kind of heat. I have to make a milder version for her and all the other normal folk in my life.

One of my 7 pot plants made brownish pods

I grew several of Cross Country nurseries' pepper plants in pots this summer and one of the ones that were just marked as "7 pots" turned out these brownish pods. I have several green ones that I had to pick form this plants that are starting to also go to brown as they ripen off plants. I...

Made a sweet (but very hot) hot sauce/relish yesterday

mango... I also want to experiment with coconut flavors in due time... Yeah, there is a sauce (or maybe several) out there that uses whiskey style bottles and I like the way they look for hot sauce. My fiancee (her) hot packed the rest for me. (them)

Made a sweet (but very hot) hot sauce/relish yesterday

I made this sweet hot sauce yesterday. It's very thick. kind of like a relish. It can be made thinner with some vinegar... It's VERY hot. It was made with one of each of very hot peppers. 7 Pot, Scorpion, Yellow and red ghost, naga morich, devil's tongue, fatali, & Congo Trinidad... Yikes...

My 7 pots came in various colors this year

I posted another post that more closely explains what I wanted to know. Since I can't delete threads I will point to it. Hope that's not a problem http://thehotpepper.com/topic/35005-one-of-my-7-pot-plants-made-brownish-pods/

hybrid Cross country nurseries 7 pots look like scorps

Since I can't grow a proper garden these days due to living conditions... (no yard) all I can do is some pots and results are still varied and coming in... I ordered two boxes from cross country for some seeds and I dehydrate the suckers... maybe I'll turn some into sauce. The yellow 7 pots...

    Inside a Butch T

I don't have butch T's, but I have been growing regular scorpions - I find that Trinidad Scorpions' insides are mostly that bright orangy stuff that is the hot part of the pepper - it seems that the whole inside is coated more so than other peppers I have grown. I think regular scorpions are...

    The day after

It's not that none of those things upset me intenstinally just the hot peppers when they hit my descending colon. It causes cramping and urgency - like bowel spasms. I could care less about the burning bungholio though. ;-) I'm not giving em up though.

    The day after

As some of you know I grow hot peppers and I'm somewhat of a chilihead. I love the hot food and I tolerate it orally quite well. The problem is the next day. If I eat super hots at dinner, the next morning when it hits my descending colon I get spasms that mean you have to be near a toilet...

    I lost almost everything

The Passaic river in New Jersey (US) is pretty bad... Damn. My pepper plants had so many green pods I shoulda just picked and so many flowers. I hope I can retrieve the potted bhuts and at least flush them with pure water. I wonder - HEAR ME ON THIS FELLAS - can I go back and dig out some of...

    I lost almost everything

My girlfriend is cool, but she's a bit anxious and she was drinking that night. The next morning she was fine, so it wasn't what I thought it was. Just a lot of stress built up. She's still a million times greater in every way than my ex wife, who was an old cheating battleax... ;-) If she...

    I lost almost everything

Thanks for all the prayers and sympathies. The girlfriend came to her senses she was distraught and had too much to drink. I hate to ask this in light of all I lost and others lost, but you can't eat peppers from plants that were inundated with class 3 polluted river water, can you?
