    Yeah, kinda like balsamic on strawbs(don't know if folks do that over the pond) but a bit more vinegary. Nice and kinda sweet but not like sugary sweet if You see what I mean sounds silly but strawberry sweet? LOL.

    Don't know if you can get it but here in the U.K we have a Plant fertiliser called Chilli Focus. Works well for me.

    wasabi roots.

    just had a thought, as everyone seems to rave on about the "real" wasabi, do you think its possible to grow it? From what i've seen it grows in mountain streams, so mabye a hydrophonic set up would work if yo chilled the water? or is this just a bit dumb? ArCHi
