    Appeal of Tajin ?

I actually really like this stuff.  This goes great on mangoes, in mexico street vendors sell mangoes or jicama covered in chili lime powder like this.  I've had the habanero version and the level of heat definitely left something to be desired(maybe fresh jalapeno heat levels)

You know you're a Chilli nut when...............

When my wonderful wife cooks me dinner she just asks what kind of hot sauce I'd like with it. When at family gatherings you've been asked have you eaten ____ ( insert whatever the popular super hot Is) several times. When co-workers find and buy the hottest stuff they can just to see if they...

    Why I Hate IPAs

Correct, there are floral Ipa's with practically no hop bitterness. The bitter profile magnifies the feeling of the heat, obviously it does not add any actual heat just helps to accentuate it. Big difference in personal feeling if I have a corona or stone ipa for example.

    Why I Hate IPAs

Bells two hearted is probably the best Ipa hands down. I am suprised that more pepper lovers dont love a bitter beer with the hot stuff, I mean, if I'm nommin on some super friggin hot nachos, I love a bitter beer that ensures full mouth burn.

    Milk Alternative for Cooling Down?

I personally prefer afterburn, but I do know I've used olive oil for more sensitive places in the past, and seemed to work fine.   Imagine that spitting out whatever you choose will be far more effective then just swallowing the hot oil, because if your mouth has trouble , your tummy for sure will.

    vendor Lucky Dog Hot Sauce

Great products, I feel that this is one of the few sauce companies that really understand using sauce as an additive. Dia del perro while not very spicy, is so friggin good I've made tacos 2 times in the last few days just to smother them in the stuff. Fast shipping, excellent packaging.

What's Your Go to Hot Sauce?

I do make my own habanero sauce as a backup, but recently I've started trying a lot of the different artisnal brands.. recent favs are lucky dog(black label), and pexpeppers(atom splitter). Honestly there's so many choices I can't say I have just one, as it depends on the food I'm...

    hot-sauce Lucky Dog hot sauce

I've tried 5 up to this point and they are all outstanding with their own individual merit, my personal favorite is Dia Del Perro, and black label. To be honest you'd be missing out of some of the best culinary sauces I've found if you didn't get several different bottles. Dia is great because...

Hello everyone, greetings from a Texan in Florida

Hello, super excited to be here and to see the vast wealth of knowledge from other lovers of things hot. I presently live in northwest Florida while my wife finishes school, I am not a doctor, nor a pepper. Been eating hot stuff since childhood and a meal is not complete without some spice in...
