Good morning. It's sunny and 28F, on its way to 71F. Sounds like the garden might be toast, but a nice day ahead. Heading out to watch the North beat up the South at Cedar Creek again. It's the 160th anniversary. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe out there and remember our veterans.
Good morning. Still waiting for the sun to crest the hill, it's 31F, and it's on its way to 68F. Calling for nothing but sunshine. Sounds like a great day to be outside. That's good, because today is errand day, ha. Hope everybody has a freaky good Friday. Be safe out there and enjoy the outdoors.
Great minds, SC. I roasted some Paper Lantern Habanero's on the grill. I plan on mixing fresh PLH's into the sauce during processing. I'll let ya know how it works out.

M, if you like big, fat, spicy pods, you might want to slip that Jalapeño Giant I sent you into your 2025 grow. Since my beloved Biker Billy is no longer, this is my new jalapeño of choice. Excellent pepper.
Good morning. It's cloudy and 42F, on its way to 52F. Chance of a shower or two this AM. Worked on processing peppers yesterday. More processing today. Need to head down to the garden today sometime. Check to see if it froze last night, and if not, pick anything left to pick. Tonight looks like...
