Why do you ask for pictures if you know the site? Last growout 2014 gave only small variations in pod shape, so I wouldn´t say it´s unstable. Could be that the variation persists, as many C. chinense have pod shape variations. Peter

There are companies that freeze-dry bell peppers, but in large scale, i.e.: http://www.freeze-dry-foods.com/en/ The equipment is ultraexpensive and even small scale pilot plants are unpayable for the hobbist. I though about buying a second hand small scale machine, but you end up at +10.000$...

I have 3 plants,   one with red pods and one with yellow and the third will take about 2-3 weeks more to seed what pheno it is.   I will regrow the red in September to see if it´s stable

Pictures of MOA and Biquinho amarelo were too dark. I corrected it and now the colors are better. But depends on the calibration of the monitors.   Seeds will be available as soon as we have a sufficient stock of each variety.   Peter
