Garage hydro and green house update:
Peri-Peri (left) and Orange Thai (right) - need to figure out how to keep the plants from falling over.
Garage in fabric bags. All 4 plants (2 hydro and 2 in soil) are on a seedling starter mat.
Greenhouse update:

@PaulG for us being so close I wonder why you have so much better results. What's your soil mix? I usually just get a yard of the best stuff I can get at S&H Landscape supply.

I didn't think my hydro peppers were growing fast, but the difference is significant in the last 6 weeks. The indoor plants (non-garage) are in the same order as the first post.

We should just start a generic non-year PNW grow log this winter and keep it rolling. In the mean time here are my plants including some hydro. Kind of weak. I over fertilized. I’m going to overwinter all of my plants.
This type of basil is a pain to grow. First plant in about 50 seeds.
I tried to sell my powder and got no bites here. I realized that people on here were probably up to their eye balls in peppers already. I just ground up a pound of jalapeños that have been fermenting for a year. Dried them and through the grinder. Still have multiple pounds in the freezer...
