flavor Tastiest Chocolate/Brown Medium to Hot

Looks like an excellent list to me! I will be growing a couple of these varieties coming up as well (fingers crossed I can hold off on killing them all as seedlings like the beginning of this season). It's difficult to say, but as others mentioned some of these varieties may just be different...

    Strange Family Food Traditions

I had a family friend who would make the pear recipe as well, also have seen pineapple slices done that way... Odd to say the least, but not utterly terrible in my book.

You know you're a Chilli nut when...............

when you begin to see through the marketing schema; and correctly begin referring to most hot sauce as simply sauce.

You know you're a Chilli nut when...............

You gather a crowd of Thai cooks at the restaurant counter to watch you eat something you have requested, grinning and waiting for some sort of reaction, but no such outcome occurs. When the second burn ( you know the one I mean) starts to become a commonplace occurrence and almost becomes...

flavor Tastiest Chocolate/Brown Medium to Hot

One newbie to another, why not try one of each of the more distinct varieties? By that I mean, a naga type for the less Chinense flavor, a bonnet/hab type and the fatalii. Not speaking from experience but the brown morouga is one of the extremely hot supers (so I've heard). Anyway that's my two...

What's Your Go to Hot Sauce?

I have to admit though, I will sometimes still reach for my cholula or huy fong sriracha, but nowadays it's more like a base for some strange concoction I'm brewing up. Never really cared for the McIlhenny tabasco, and I've only tried maybe 10 or so varieties of hot sauce and most were pretty...

What's Your Go to Hot Sauce?

+1 on la familia, my wife picked up a bottle of the xx red scorpion and she actually liked it. She's not a spicy food person at all, but I loved it as well cause it had a nice sneaky heat and delicious flavor. Mmmmm

    3CTX's 2015 7 Pot Onslaught

Sounds like our weather up thisa way. It got down into the 40's a few days this week, especially overnight. Today was marvelous though I think it stayed around 65 all day and feels about perfect out now. Jealous of that rain though, been pretty dry around here.

Most of your operation has shut down on the pepper front and your still putting my grow to shame, lol. Loved following this year and the previous years glogs Devv. You have a very professional attitude and your plants and harvest reflect that nicely. You've got my applause, that is all.
