1) there is no time frame for boiling. You just want to get it to temperature.
2) with a ph that low they will be good for quite some time in the fridge.
3) don't need,to use sttarsan and I would say not to use it on the caps.
If you invert you will see sanitize said caps

Living here in Colorado is a wonderful thing when it comes to craft beer. Especially because all the breweries here make a lot more flavors they only serve at their breweries and not in the stores. So you figure with over 200 breweries that is a lot of beer to choose from. I lost count at around...
