OK, first I'd like to address that I also did a google image search prior to asking this question and there is a lot of conflicting information, especially when looking at the images. From what I understand there is also a Moruga Red, but I can't find any real concrete info on this pepper.   So...

Mine started to turn orange in late September.

I believe there is a difference between "freeze drying" and "freezing dried pods". Please correct me if I'm wrong.
