That's only sometimes though. Most cases don't have any difference between a tricot and a dicot. I'd only cull it if it's taking noticeably longer than average.

Keep them. In most cases there won't be any difference, and they'll get started faster.

Last I checked, the general consensus was that this kind of Bhutlah tears people up much better than any other pepper, including the "death" strain of the reaper.   There are a lot of bhutlahs, and this kind hasn't been measured yet. It's also said to be a lot hotter than anything else.

Different levels of different chemicals. SHU is needlessly complicated and has some issues with that. Also never test a pepper that might look different next generation.

Yesterday I traded some sundews for the orchids Bulbophyllum 'Daisy Chain', Bulbophyllum bandischii, and a slipper orchid of some sort. Also a Kalanchoe plant, but that's not an orchid.

I just planted seeds for telegraph plant. I have sensitive plant seeds still, but I'm not sure how many. If I have enough I'll share.

A misconception is that peppers go dormant. They don't. It's only that sometimes they don't have the requirements to grow, but that's different from properly going dormant, and they would be happy to grow if they could.
