I think it is pretty common for the seller to ask for a couple days to move..... but cover your bases anyway!!   Also, people with high mortgages can short sell and get out of the crazy payment, then turn around and rent for half the amount they were paying. Some folks do it smart, and buy again...

So, apparently a freaking rabbit has been sneakimg into garden #1 the last three nights ;) It is ignoring the giant amount of turnip greens, and decided to top virtually all the lettuce and radish sprouts. That's not a big deal, I have more seeds, but what sucks is it seems to like to murder...

Thanks!! I think it's going to be a great garden spot :) Lots of wind protection too. I would physically benefit from using a ditch witch, and a rototiller, but the garden is already way over budget!! Plus the physical labor might perhaps have some benefit for me...maybe...if it doesn't kill...
